A bit older units, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. Chris was so helpful and even carried our bag to the second floor. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days. This is the only hotel I have been to that let's you use the pool, provide showers, changing room and luggage storage while waiting for your flight. Yes I recommend!

Solid three star hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We did have some sugar ants around but nothing concerning. The breakfast was a good option when we had an early tour pick up and the food was better than most hotel food. The desk staff was really nice and accommodating (shout-out to Chris for being really helpful). Beautiful inner courtyard area with lots of plants. Edit: They allowed us to store our bags after check out AND use the pool and shower after being checked out. Really kind of them.

Excellent location for what I needed to attend for a function in Cairns - walking distance to everything. Facility clean and easy to get around - I was on the ground floor and asked for that. Dine-in breakfast good value for money compared to local cafes. 10pm locked front doors is new to me but easy access with room card and after-hours gate access. Price range and value was perfect for what I was looking for. Would book again in future.

Clean and very comfortable hotel. The staff are very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the tours. If you need help they will book them for you. Rooms are basic but nice and clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea available in reception.

Nice location, friendly staff, nice size room though a little basic had everything you would need. The breakfast is basic but affordable and the pool area is a nice relaxing area. Only had one night here would maybe stay again if on a budget
